My ankle surgery- part 1

It was a weekend Saturday Almost End of Financial Year/Last Working day for India.
Everyone who is living in Bangalore, their dream is to live in their own home. Like that only almost a year ago I bought a 3BHK flat in an APT on the outskirts of South Bangalore in Doddakallasandra. You thought I bought this in Full Cash... no no no it’s not possible as I am also a middle class employee in the so called/famous IT industry.
There is a saying for this if you throw a stone in Bangalore it will hit an IT employee instead of street dog.
Similarly if you close a pot hole on the road now, another will also open at the same time. Why pot hole... you will come to know later.
On March 30 2019, I fell down from my scooter which caused my Left Leg Ankle Injury.
I bought the Flat in 80% Home Loan from PNB housing Finance form BTM Layout Bangalore and don’t ask about how I adjusted another 20% + Registration charges + Interiors + Pooja Room construction and finally house warming ceremony. Loan Interest rates was fixed for first year @ 8.35 % which was nominal to me but recently they (bank people) sent a notification about change of interest rate from coming year. To discuss about that, I wanted to go to bank from long time (Around 1 month) but today the time came. AS usual my wife who is also an employee working as Assistant Prof in an Engg College left to her duty by 8.30 Am. There is a Gym in our Apt, I do start the work-out after moving here (around 6 months ago), and I did that for 45-60 minutes (little more time as it’s a weekend). After that took bath, small Pooja like I do every day (for 10-20 mins) and started to bank. As we know the traffic is horrible, because of multiple issues like Metro Construction, Gas Pipelining work, BESCOM work , BWSSB work, car/bus breakdown many more.. Can’t list here.
I finally reached the bank by 12.30, evnthough I left @ 11.20 for just 8 KMs journey in my scooter. I could have went in car so that Injury/Surgery should have been avoided... even this blog too. No parking place to park the vehicles, as bank is located in 100 Ft main road. So I went inside the BTM layout to park my vehicle, and came back to bank. Had a discussion with them (bank officials) on interest rate change. It was End of week/mon and year as well. So good amount of people were there in bank still they attended to me and cleared my doubts.
Time to head back to home, as by 2.30 my wife will also come back. So went to parking place and left back to home. On the way sipped tender coconut @35 Rs and sugarcane juice @ 20 rs as well I was nearing home, a km away from home, my BIL called me and invited for lunch to their home, who stays nearby as well. I’m about to enter the main/cross road which connects to home from KP main road, an unexpected thing will happen.i.e. I fell down from scooter.
Because of metro construction, there is a diversion near my home, and I have to take roundabout in KP Main road and a hairpin kind of curve to hit my home main road. It is a narrow road. One way with only one 4 Wheeler can go on that road at a time. And also slope road from KP main road. Its entrance has BIG Tree on one side and a car showroom on the other side. Road widening should happen means; they have to cut the tree which is not a good idea. In some way this tree also helped me to reduce the risk and a tender coconut shop owner below it also helped me in getting up from the vehicle.
Why/How I fell down? When I was entering inside the road, a 4 wheeler came opposite to me, so I stopped the scooter, to get balance as everyone does; I also kept my leg down to the road. For my bad luck, the road has 2-3 feet pothole (not sure why n who digged it), and my leg went inside that, and I can’t balance the vehicle, I fell down and my leg twisted. Nearby people that tender coconut shop wala and his customers helped me to get up from the place, and they parked my vehicle aside. They offered me water, so that I can recover. And also helped me to get up from the place. I wore helmet and sun glasses, still no damages to them nor to me and to vehicle as well. No injuries at all to me on the outside, not even 1 drop of blood came with the fall.
This narrow road connects to CITI Engg College/Gokulam Apts. Many times I requested BBMP through app (BBMP SAHAAYA) to put the road. They closed the ticket mentioning long term solution. Does Long Term mean another state/central/corporation election?
